HawaiiCon Student Contributions

At HawaiiCon we have three different venues in which Hawaiʻi students can contribute their artistic, scientific and STEAM-based works to the program.

  • Portfolio Reviews:  This year artist Michael Cannon will hold a portfolio review session in which students can get feedback on the strengths of their drawing work, and some advice on ways that they can move their work to the next level.

  • "Young Author Readings": Students are invited to present a reading of their prose or poetry (5-minutes or less). The reading may be fiction or non-fiction and must be G, PG, or PG-13.

  • "Young Creator Share-a-Thon": Students are invited to present their artistic, scientific, or technical projects (5-minutes or less). The presentation may include the methods used, their motivation for the work, and next steps.

Spots MAY be available on the day of attendance, but pre-registration is highly recommended to insure a place on the program. Please register on the following forms.

The following forms are inactive. Please return in the Spring of 2019 to sign up to contribute at HawaiiCon 2019.
