HawaiiCon 2017 FAQs
Where do I pick up my Pass?
All Passes are picked up at HawaiiCon Registrations in the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows Hale Hoaloha Pavilion area. You must present a valid, photo ID that matches the name on your Pass. Registrations are open Thursday, September 14th at noon and will remain open through Sunday, September 17 (9am-8pm Fri-Sun). Come early to avoid lines!
How do I get to the convention venue?

Where do I park and is it free?
The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows Parking Lot will be free and available to everyone, however parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged!

Are tickets available for purchase at the event?
YES (cash and credit accepted), but we highly recommend purchasing online BEFORE the event to avoid lines. You can purchase tickets from the link below!
Can I photograph the stars?
Stars may be photographed in the Panel rooms during their scheduled talks ONLY!
Only official photographers may take photos of stars at any time.
Please do NOT photograph stars when they are out in the general convention area. Treat them like wild animals and only approach them if they approach you. We want them to feel comfortable so they’ll come back again and again. Photos will be available after the event on our You Tube and Facebook pages.
Can I still buy add on events?
Yes, some events (meet and greets, tours, photo ops) are still available online for purchase which you can find below, alternatively at Registrations. Cash and credit accepted.
Where do I go for Autographs and what’s the cost?
Stars will be hanging out in the Aloha Pavilion signing Autographs. Each star charges a different amount and they take cash only.
Where do I go for Tours?
If you’re paid and registered for a Tour with the Stars, please meet in the main lobby 30 minutes before your departure time.
Do the movies & dinners cost extra?
All movie screenings are FREE to Pass holders!
Meals including Lu'au Dinners and Walter Koenig Birthday Dinner cost extra
Will there be a HawaiiCon 2017?
YES!!! HawaiiCon 2017 is already being planned for September 14-17 FOUR days! You can be the first to purchase your Passes at a huge Discount at the Registrations Desk!
