How can I upgrade my (ticket/membership) from a single day to the full-weekend?

Upgrade options will be released closer to the convention. Check back.

How do I register for HawaiiCon?

You can register for online or at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows September 13-18 during HawaiiCon.

Can I still register for the convention?

Yes, you can still register for HawaiiCon online year round.

Will you mail my tickets or do I pick them up at the con?

You will pick up your ticket at the con during registration hours. The registration desk is across the lobby from the hotel's check-in desk.

When will registration open?

Times will be released closer to the convention.

Are tickets available for purchase at the event?

YES (cash and credit accepted), but we highly recommend purchasing online BEFORE the event to avoid lines. You can purchase tickets from the link below!

Where do I go for Tours?

If you’re paid and registered for a Tour, please meet in the main lobby 30 minutes before your departure time.

Do the movies & dinners cost extra?

All movie screenings are FREE to Pass holders! However dinners do cost extra and the other evening activities will have some extra costs (like a cash bar).

Can I still buy add on events?

Yes, some events (meet and greets, tours, photo ops) are still available online for purchase which you can find below, alternatively at Registrations.  Cash and credit accepted.

Guest Questions

Can I take photos of the guests?

Stars may be photographed in the Panel rooms during their scheduled talks ONLY!

Only official photographers may take photos of stars at any time.

Photos will be available after the event on our YouTube and Facebook pages, as well as your own photos and selfies you can take during the Walk of Fame and on tours.

Where do I go for Autographs and what’s the cost?

Guests will be hanging out in the Aloha Pavilion signing Autographs.  Each star charges a different amount and they take cash only (however they may also have a square).

Keiki Track Questions

Who is Keiki Track for?

Keiki Track if for our keikis and their ohana 

Can I drop my child off for a Keiki Track event?

Children 12 and under need to be supervised at all times at HawaiiCon. We try to make Keiki Track very ohana friendly so even the parents and guardians have fun as well at Keiki Track events.

Do I have to pay for Keiki Track activities?

Donations are always welcomed at Keiki Track! Some Keiki Track activities do have a small fee, which are clearly marked on the program schedule. All other Keiki Track programing is free unless clearly stated.

Is my child old enough for Keiki Track activities?

We welcome everyone to all out Keiki Track activities, however some Keiki Track activities will be more difficult for the young keikis to do, so we will have age suggestions on the program and schedule.

Where do I park and is it free?

The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows Parking Lot will be free and available to everyone, however parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged!
